Is Pak-LLM data stored outside Pakistan?

No. Pak-LLM routes all queries and stored data through sovereign infrastructure nodes located in Pakistan. Enterprise deployments can additionally use dedicated on-premise nodes through the Karachi Micro-Node program.

This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules, timelines, and procedures for modifying or terminating active subscription plans, recurring billing agreements, and service access provided by SBF Consultancy under Project Pak-LLM ("we", "us", or "our"). We provide complete self-service flexibility to manage subscription status at any time.

1Subscription Terms & Scope

Subscribers on paid Pak-LLM tiers (Pro, Team, or Enterprise) may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any point during an active billing cycle.

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current monthly billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations prevent auto-renewal for subsequent annual terms; current year access remains active through the contracted end date.
Free Tier: Does not require cancellation, as no recurring fees or credit card details are retained.

2How to Cancel Your Subscription

You have full control over your billing preferences through the sovereign AI workspace interface:

Log into your account at pak-llm.org.
Navigate to Workspace Settings > Billing & Subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription and confirm your cancellation selection.
You will receive an automated confirmation email summarizing your subscription expiration date.

3Auto-Renewal Notice Window

24-Hour Renewal Cutoff

To avoid being charged for the next upcoming billing cycle, cancellation requests must be executed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled recurring payment date.

If a subscription renewal charge processes prior to cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the newly renewed term unless eligible for a refund under our separate Refund Policy.

4Access Retention & Data Security

Cancelling your subscription does not immediately delete your account or stored data:

Uninterrupted Access: You maintain full access to paid feature sets (higher rate limits, multi-turn AI workspace, image/video generation) until the final day of your active billing period.
Free Tier Downgrade: Following expiration, your workspace automatically reverts to the Free Community Tier. Your custom prompts, chat history, and document indexing remain saved securely.
Data Deletion Requests: If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated telemetry data, you can request account purging under Privacy Settings.

5Enterprise & On-Premise Cancellations

Custom enterprise agreements, micro-node server hosting, or dedicated GPU compute reservations are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Contractual cancellation notice periods (typically 30 days) as specified in the enterprise master agreement will apply.
