Work-Life Balance

All team members define their own daily start time within a core collaboration window of 10 AM – 4 PM PKT. Remote work is available for all roles. We judge output, not presence.

All employees receive a minimum of 21 working days of paid annual leave per year, in addition to all Pakistan public holidays. Leave is frontloaded — you don't wait to earn it.

Slack messages and emails sent after 6 PM PKT are not expected to be answered until the next working day. No exceptions, unless an employee has opted into a compensated on-call rotation.

The cost of one professional counselling, therapy, or coaching session per month is fully covered per employee. No approval required — employees book directly through our EAP partner.

All parents — regardless of gender — are entitled to paid parental leave. Primary caregivers receive 12 weeks; secondary caregivers receive 4 weeks. Adoption is treated identically to birth.

All employees working remotely or in hybrid mode receive a one-time PKR 30,000 home office equipment allowance to ensure they have a comfortable and productive working environment.

Every Friday, working hours end at 3:00 PM PKT to allow team members to attend Jumu'ah prayers without rushing. No annual leave deduction is applied.

Two additional discretionary mental health days per year are available to all employees — taken as needed without requiring a medical note or manager approval.

Company-funded team off-sites, dinners, and social events happen at least quarterly. These are designed around the team's preferences — not enforced corporate socialising.

Any employee participating in an emergency on-call rotation is compensated with an additional 1.5x daily rate per on-call day. Being reachable outside hours is never assumed — it is always negotiated and paid.
